They consist of pre-recorded videos, detailed class notes, recipes, and everything else you need. Everything is recorded, so you will never miss any lesson or important detail.

Monday to Friday:
Students receive a 1-hour pre-recorded video lesson each day. You can watch the classes anytime that is convenient for you, making learning flexible and stress-free.

Saturdays and Sundays:
We hold a 2-hour live evening session at 4 PM, known as our Check-In Session. This is where students ask questions, get clarity, receive feedback, and review the week’s lessons together.
